Mark has lived in East Lansing since 1980. Mark currently serves as the Mayor for the City of East Lansing.  He is a former Assistant Attorney General, a former East Lansing Council Member and was Mayor of East Lansing from 1997 through 2005. He was a State Representative from 2006 to 2013 and is a retired shareholder in the East Lansing Law Firm, Willingham & Cote’, P.C. He and his wife Pam have four adult children and 7 grandchildren.
