Renters experiencing challenges or questions with their rent payments, budget, or credit can meet one-on-one with a Housing Counselor to establish a spending plan and savings goals, review credit reports and scores, discuss leasing options and focus their housing search. Participants follow an Action Plan to help them achieve affordable, sustainable rental housing.

Rental Workshops are also offered, highlighting the important elements of a lease, how to plan for the costs and responsibilities of renting, who is responsible for maintenance, and your legal rights as a renter.
